ALGO — Software Use & Trading Risk Disclosure
Last Updated: September 9, 2026
ALGO does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, brokerage services, managed accounts, copy-trading services, portfolio management, custody of customer funds, trade execution services, or any regulated financial service.
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, configuring, or using any ALGO product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclosure.
If you do not understand or accept the risks described below, you should not use our products on a live trading account.
1. Provides Software Under the ALGO Brand
ALGO develops and licenses ALGO-branded Expert Advisors, configuration files, documentation, tutorials, and related digital products.
Our products are designed to automate a trading strategy according to user-selected risk settings. They are not financial products, investment products, managed-account services, signal services, brokerage services, or portfolio-management services.
Our software may include configurable modules such as:
- entry and exit logic;
- risk-management controls (lot size, risk %, drawdown limits);
- trade-management tools;
- alerts and dashboard components;
- automation settings;
- configuration presets (conservative / aggressive risk profiles).
These tools operate according to user-defined parameters. The user remains responsible for deciding whether, when, where, and how to use them.
2. No Financial Advice or Regulated Services
Nothing provided under the ALGO brand should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
ALGO does not:
- recommend specific trades;
- make investment recommendations;
- assess whether a product or risk setting is suitable for you;
- manage customer accounts;
- hold or custody customer funds;
- place trades on behalf of customers;
- act as a broker, introducing broker, dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or financial intermediary;
- provide copy-trading or managed-account services;
- guarantee any financial result;
- operate or control any customer trading account.
All trading decisions, account settings, broker choices, platform choices, risk settings, and product configurations remain solely under the customer's control and responsibility.
3. User Control and Responsibility
ALGO products are configurable Expert Advisors. The outcome of using any product depends on how the user configures, tests, monitors, and deploys it.
You are solely responsible for:
- deciding whether to trade;
- deciding whether a bot is suitable for your knowledge, experience, risk tolerance, account size, broker, and objectives;
- selecting your broker, account type, trading platform, and execution environment;
- configuring lot size, risk percentage, stop loss, take profit, drawdown limits, and all other settings;
- testing any product or configuration before using it on a live account;
- monitoring the bot while it is active;
- understanding the product documentation before use;
- complying with your broker's rules;
- complying with any third-party trading program rules (e.g., prop-firm evaluations);
- complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
You should not use any ALGO product on a live account unless you fully understand the product, its settings, its behaviour, and the risks of automated execution.
4. Use of Software in Trading Environments Involves Risk
ALGO products may be used by customers in financial-market environments. Those environments involve substantial risk and are outside ALGO's control.
Depending on the user's own broker, account, jurisdiction, and platform, this may include markets or instruments such as:
- foreign exchange;
- CFDs;
- indices;
- commodities;
- metals;
- leveraged products;
- other financial instruments offered by the user's broker.
Trading may result in partial or total loss of capital. Leveraged trading can magnify both profits and losses. Market conditions can change rapidly and may cause losses, drawdowns, margin calls, liquidation, or account closure.
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
5. No Performance Guarantee
ALGO software is not designed, sold, or licensed as a guarantee of profit, account growth, drawdown limitation, prop-firm challenge success, funded-account retention, loss prevention, or any specific trading outcome.
We do not guarantee:
- profitability;
- win rate;
- account growth;
- drawdown limits;
- loss prevention;
- consistency of results;
- future market suitability;
- broker compatibility;
- prop-firm or third-party program success;
- payout eligibility;
- funded-account retention;
- uninterrupted operation;
- compatibility with all accounts, symbols, brokers, or market conditions.
No Expert Advisor, strategy, preset, tutorial, example, or support communication can guarantee profits or prevent losses.
Past performance — including any statistics shown on our website, Myfxbook, or MQL5 — is not a reliable indicator of future results.
6. Backtests, Live Statistics, and Examples Are Informational Only
Any backtest, optimization, forward test, live result, screenshot, Myfxbook tracking link, review, testimonial, video, or tutorial is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Such material may show how a product behaved under specific historical, demo, live, or market conditions. It should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, forecast, or projection of future results.
Backtests and simulations may be affected by:
- data quality;
- tick accuracy;
- spread, commission, and swap assumptions;
- execution model;
- broker server time;
- symbol specifications;
- historical data limitations;
- optimization bias / overfitting;
- market conditions that may not repeat.
Live results and tracking links (including those verified via Myfxbook) may be affected by:
- broker execution;
- spreads, commissions, slippage;
- latency;
- VPS quality;
- account size and leverage;
- risk settings;
- liquidity and market conditions;
- user configuration.
Your results may differ materially from any example shown, including the statistics for Terra EA, Aero EA, or Hydro EA displayed on our website.
7. Configuration and User-Defined Settings Risk
ALGO products include configurable settings, risk modules, and strategy parameters.
Incorrect or unsuitable configuration may cause significant losses, including:
- excessive lot size or risk percentage;
- incorrect stop-loss or take-profit settings;
- wrong symbol or timeframe selection;
- incorrect broker server time;
- unsuitable risk-profile presets (conservative vs. aggressive);
- unsupported account type;
- insufficient margin;
- misunderstanding of the bot's logic;
- failure to monitor active automation.
Presets, example settings, or tutorials are provided for educational and operational convenience only. They are not financial advice and should not be treated as recommended settings for your specific account.
You must test and validate all settings before using them on a live account.
8. Technical, Platform, Broker, and Execution Dependencies
ALGO products depend on third-party platforms and systems outside ALGO's control, including:
- MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5;
- broker servers, symbol specifications, account type, and leverage;
- margin requirements, spreads, commissions, and swap rates;
- execution speed and liquidity conditions;
- VPS providers;
- internet connection and operating system;
- firewall, antivirus, or WebRequest permission settings;
- licensing servers.
Technical or execution issues may cause missed trades, delayed trades, rejected orders, unexpected closures, license-validation issues, or losses.
ALGO is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, brokers, market conditions, user configuration, technical failures, connectivity issues, or any factor outside our direct control.
9. Automated Execution Risk
ALGO products automate trade execution according to user-defined rules and settings.
Automated execution can create additional risks, including:
- trades opening without manual confirmation;
- multiple positions opening if settings are configured incorrectly;
- orders being placed during volatile conditions;
- stop loss, take profit, or trailing-stop logic being affected by spreads, slippage, or broker execution;
- unexpected behaviour if the platform, VPS, internet connection, or licensing system fails.
You should monitor any active bot and ensure that all drawdown and risk-management settings are correctly configured before leaving it unattended.
10. Third-Party Trading Program Rules
Some users may choose to run ALGO bots on accounts subject to third-party trading program rules, such as prop-firm daily drawdown limits, maximum exposure limits, news restrictions, consistency rules, or payout conditions (e.g., FTMO or similar).
ALGO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any prop firm, funding program, broker, or evaluation provider unless explicitly stated in writing.
ALGO software does not guarantee:
- qualification for any third-party program;
- passing any evaluation;
- funded-account approval or retention;
- compliance with third-party rules;
- payout eligibility;
- avoidance of rule breaches or account termination.
You are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with any third-party program rules before using ALGO software on an evaluation or funded account.
11. ALGO Store and MQL5 Separation
Selected ALGO products (e.g., Aero EA) may be published on the MQL5 Marketplace.
Purchases made through MQL5 are processed, invoiced, licensed, activated, delivered, refunded, reviewed, and handled by MQL5 under its own marketplace rules, separately from direct website sales through algo-world.com.
ALGO does not process, invoice, license, activate, deliver, or fulfil purchases made through MQL5 unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Direct purchases made through algo-world.com are separate from MQL5 Marketplace purchases and may have different licensing, activation, refund, support, and update conditions.
12. Reviews, Testimonials, and Community Content
Reviews, testimonials, Telegram messages, social media posts, videos, screenshots, or user-submitted results (including those shown on our website) reflect individual user experiences only.
They should not be interpreted as:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- trading advice;
- a promise of similar results;
- a guarantee of profitability;
- a guarantee that a product will be suitable for your account;
- a guarantee that your configuration will perform similarly.
Individual results depend on many factors, including user knowledge, configuration, risk settings, broker conditions, execution quality, market conditions, and monitoring.
13. Educational Content and Support
ALGO may provide documentation, tutorials, videos, support messages, and educational content under the ALGO brand.
This content is provided to help users understand how the software works. It is not intended to tell users whether they should trade, what they should trade, how much they should risk, or whether any strategy is suitable for their financial situation.
Support may help with installation, activation, technical configuration, understanding product inputs, troubleshooting, and clarifying documentation. Support does not include financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, account-management advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any instrument.

15. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALGO is not responsible for trading losses, missed profits, account drawdowns, margin calls, liquidation, failed prop-firm challenges, funded-account termination, broker disputes, payout denials, technical failures, or other losses resulting from your use of our products.
This includes losses caused by market movement, volatility, incorrect settings, excessive risk, broker execution, spreads, slippage, commissions, swaps, latency, platform failure, VPS failure, internet failure, user error, misunderstanding of the product, third-party rule changes, third-party platform issues, licensing or connectivity problems, or any factor outside ALGO's direct control.
Use of any ALGO product is at your own discretion and risk.
16. Acceptance of Risk
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, configuring, or using any ALGO product, you acknowledge that:
- ALGO does not provide financial advice or regulated financial services;
